Rachel Kibble

Rachel graduated in 2000 from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Administration.  Her work at Northstar includes business management and compliance.  Rachel joined Northstar in 2011.

Rachel’s most recent experience includes working with Rose Community Foundation and staffing the Denver Welfare Reform Board for The City and County of Denver.  She has also worked with the University of California Irvine, California Institute of Technology, and Loma Linda University. 

Before moving to Denver, Rachel was a foster mother to high risk mental health children in Portland, Oregon and a family navigator for the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) contracted with Multnomah County.  She has two adult sons, Melvin and Marlowe Blue, a daughter-in-law Corene and an infant granddaughter, Faith, living in Central California.   Rachel’s hobbies include singing and swimming.
